Classic Sweet & Salty Lassi

Our fresh curd whipped into a smooth, cooling lassi — sweet or salted.

Ingredients

  • 250ml Milkart Plain Yogurt (Curd)
  • 250ml chilled water
  • 2 tsp sugar — for sweet lassi
  • ½ tsp salt + pinch of roasted cumin — for salty lassi
  • Ice cubes
  • Pinch of cardamom or a drop of rose water to finish (optional)

Method

    Add the yogurt and cold water to a blender.

    For sweet lassi, add the sugar. For salty, add salt and cumin.

    Blend on high for about 60 seconds until frothy.

  4. 4

    Taste and adjust sweetness or salt.

  5. 5

    Pour over ice and finish with a pinch of cardamom or rose water.
