Classic Sweet & Salty Lassi
Our fresh curd whipped into a smooth, cooling lassi — sweet or salted.

Ingredients
- 250ml Milkart Plain Yogurt (Curd)
- 250ml chilled water
- 2 tsp sugar — for sweet lassi
- ½ tsp salt + pinch of roasted cumin — for salty lassi
- Ice cubes
- Pinch of cardamom or a drop of rose water to finish (optional)
Method
- 1
Add the yogurt and cold water to a blender.

For sweet lassi, add the sugar. For salty, add salt and cumin.

Blend on high for about 60 seconds until frothy.

Taste and adjust sweetness or salt.

Pour over ice and finish with a pinch of cardamom or rose water.
