Masala Doodh (Spiced Milk)
Farm-fresh whole milk simmered with cardamom, saffron, and a touch of sugar.

Ingredients
- 500ml Milkart Cow Milk
- 4 green cardamom pods, lightly crushed
- Pinch of saffron strands
- 2 tsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- Pinch of turmeric (optional, for colour)
Method

Pour the milk into a small saucepan over medium heat.

Add the crushed cardamom and saffron strands.

Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add turmeric if using.

Strain into a cup and serve hot, or let cool and serve over ice.
